Product Overview
This automatic plate heat exchanger cleaning line is a continuous through-flow high-pressure water jet cleaning equipment.
Heat exchanger plates are manually placed on the mesh belt and automatically conveyed into the sealed cleaning chamber. Multi-directional high-pressure nozzles spray high-pressure water on both sides of plates at the same time, thoroughly stripping and flushing away scale, oil stains, sludge and gap deposits.
It supports batch automatic cleaning, greatly cuts labor cost and operation risk. Widely used for plate heat exchanger maintenance in chemical plants, power stations, refineries and industrial cooling system service companies. We supply both electric drive and diesel drive versions, and support customized voltage & cleaning width.

Working Principle
Workers place heat exchanger plates onto the blue mesh conveyor belt.
The mesh belt transports plates into the fully enclosed cleaning chamber.
Multiple flat-fan high-pressure nozzles spray water onto the front and rear surfaces of plates simultaneously.
Hard scale, carbon deposits and oil dirt are stripped by high-pressure water jet and drained out.
Cleaned plates are conveyed out from the outlet for collection.
