Adopting German WOMA pump core technology, this automated cleaning system replaces traditional manual cleaning thoroughly, solving the pain points of low automation, time-consuming labor, low cleaning efficiency and personal injury risks in traditional industrial cleaning.

It avoids pump blockage and wear caused by impurities, stabilizes water quality, and greatly prolongs the service life of the core pump and the whole machine, reducing later maintenance costs.
High-efficiency Automatic Cleaning Without Dead Angles
- Support one-button automatic start-up. The multi-positioning mechanism accurately sends the 3D cleaning device into the reactor tank. The high-pressure water jet forms horizontal and vertical composite rotation torque through the automatic rotating nozzle. Equipped with a flexible telescopic rod, it can intelligently avoid internal obstacles of the tank during operation, realizing 360° all-round dead-angle-free deep cleaning.
Working Principle
After one-button start-up, the intelligent positioning system precisely delivers the 3D rotating cleaning nozzle to the inside of the reactor vessel. The high-pressure pump outputs stable high-pressure water flow. The nozzle realizes horizontal rotation through water jet power, and the water flow rotational torque drives vertical plane rotation simultaneously. Cooperating with the flexible telescopic rod’s obstacle avoidance and telescopic movement, the equipment completes composite three-dimensional motion, thoroughly stripping and flushing residual dirt, scale, oil stains and attachments on the inner wall of the tank, achieving efficient and thorough cleaning.
