This plate heat exchanger high pressure cleaning machine, model GYB‑1 100/120, is an automatic PHE cleaning system rated for 120Bar pressure and 100L/min flow. Specifically, it delivers chemical‑free hydro‑jet descaling for routine maintenance of industrial plate heat exchangers. Built around a 22kW automatic conveyor setup, therefore, it supports continuous cleaning cycles. The stable high‑pressure water jet at 100L/min efficiently strips limescale, sludge, oil fouling and biofilm off heat transfer plates. Notably, it relies purely on physical hydro blasting, with no harmful chemical additives.
