Our 3D Rotary Reactor Cleaning Nozzle is independently developed by Guangyuan Cleaning Equipment. Specifically, it is a self-rotating high-pressure jet head designed for chemical reactors, pressure vessels and mixing tanks.
In addition, the dual-axis rotation forms a full spherical spray trajectory, which eliminates blind spots inside complex reactor linings, baffles and stirring structures.
Therefore, it is widely adopted for removing polymer buildup, hardened scale, paint, resin and viscous chemical residues in chemical, pharmaceutical and new material production.

Working Principle
When high-pressure water flows into the nozzle body, the jet reaction torque drives the internal gear set. As a result, the spray head carries out both autorotation and revolution at the same time.
In this way, the water jet sweeps along a spherical path inside the reactor vessel. Even uneven surfaces, baffles and bottom sediment areas receive consistent high-impact scouring.
Moreover, you can match different flow and pressure configurations according to reactor volume and residue type.
