Unique Automatic Dual Flow Rate Design
Specially customized for professional water pressure test process requirements, the pump adopts a dual-flow automatic switching system to greatly improve testing efficiency and accuracy:
- Low-pressure Stage (Filling Stage)
- In the initial pressure test stage, the pump runs with a large flow rate, realizing fast liquid filling and rapid pressure rise. It effectively shortens the overall pressure test cycle and improves on-site working efficiency.
- High-pressure Stage (Pressure Holding Stage)
- When the pressure exceeds 1.6Mpa (supporting lower pressure customized adjustment), the system automatically reduces the flow rate. The slow and stable pressure rise ensures smooth, precise and safe pressure testing process, avoiding pressure surge affecting test results.
Wide Pressure Testing Range
Support full-range water pressure testing of any pressure value below the rated discharge pressure.
