Our GYB-2 water jet assisted sheet pile piling machine is a heavy-duty diesel-driven high pressure water jet unit specially designed for foundation sheet pile construction. Specifically, this high pressure water jet piling equipment sprays powerful high-pressure water flow to soften and cut soil layers below sheet piles.
Therefore, it greatly reduces pile driving resistance, accelerates sheet pile sinking speed, and improves construction efficiency by over 50%. In addition, it protects sheet piles from deformation and damage during vibro hammer or static pressure piling work. Meanwhile, it is widely used for steel sheet piles, H-beam piles and steel pipe piles in underground foundation pits.
Water Jet Piling Machine Technical Specifications
This sheet pile pre-drilling water jet machine connects the high-pressure jet nozzle to the bottom of the sheet pile. While piling, the unit continuously injects high-pressure water to break apart dense sand, hard clay and weathered soil.
Meanwhile, the water flushes away loose soil around the pile tip. Therefore, the sheet pile can sink smoothly into hard soil strata that traditional piling methods struggle with.
