However, traditional manual cleaning is labor-intensive, water-wasting, and often leaves stubborn residues behind. To solve these pain points, our newly developed automatic high-pressure cleaning system integrates a hydraulic lifter, a hot water heater, and a 3D rotating nozzle. As a result, it can provide fully automated, high-temperature, high-pressure and omni-directional cleaning for waste bins.

1. Hydraulic Bin Lifter
Firstly, this unit works seamlessly with standard bins, including 120L, 240L and 660L models. It adopts smooth and quiet hydraulic lifting fitted with an anti-drop mechanism and limit switches. Most importantly, no manual lifting is required; therefore, it significantly cuts down labor intensity for your sanitation team.

2. Hot Water Heating System
In addition, it comes with an integrated high-power heater. This system raises water temperature to 60°C–85°C. Since hot water effectively removes grease, sugar residues, stubborn dirt, and bacterial biofilm, you can pair it with eco-friendly detergents for superior deodorizing and degreasing results.

3. 3D Rotating Nozzle for High-Pressure Cleaning
Furthermore, the core cleaning part is our 3D rotating nozzle. It delivers simultaneous 360° horizontal rotation and 0–120° vertical oscillation, which ensures full coverage inside the bin and lid. Meanwhile, it runs at an operating pressure of 150–200 bar and a flow rate of 30–50 L/min. Besides, we use wear-resistant stainless steel nozzles that support adjustable spray patterns, including fan and jet modes.

4. Fully Automatic PLC Control
Moreover, the machine uses fully automatic PLC control for simple operation. It supports one-button automatic workflow: lifting → lid closing → high-pressure hot water cleaning → draining → reset. In addition, users can freely adjust cleaning time, water temperature, rotation speed, and other parameters to match different cleaning tasks.
