Product Overview
We design this automatic IBC tote washing line for deep cleaning, steam disinfection, drying and pressure-holding leak inspection of standard 1000L IBC containers.
Moreover, this IBC tote washing line runs stably with 6 continuous working stations and PLC touchscreen control. It delivers an output of 12 IBC totes per hour.
We build all wetted parts with heavy-duty 304 stainless steel. Therefore, this IBC tank cleaning system fits recycling and reconditioning work for chemical, coating, solvent, food and beverage IBC tanks.
It removes stubborn sludge, oil, paint and chemical residues efficiently. Besides, it fully meets hygiene standards and prevents cross-contamination.
6 Working Stages & Technical Workflow
120 bar / 1740 psi, 300L/min flow rate, cleans outer surface dirt and splashed chemical residue.
20 bar alkaline circulation wash to dissolve sticky organic residues.
250 bar (25MPa) high-pressure water jet deep cleaning inside the IBC tank.
30kW steam unit for sanitization, suitable for food-grade application.
3kW vacuum pump + 30kW heating system. Residual water after drying ≤200ml. Drying temperature adjustable 30–70℃.
Air pressure leak test to check IBC tote tightness, reject damaged leaking containers.
