Description
Our automatic wheelie bin cleaning machine is built as a self-contained mobile bin washer for fast, hygienic wheelie bin washing. It accepts wheeled waste bins of various sizes with a height-adjustable, switch-controlled hydraulic lift for hands-free bin loading.
Once started, the wheelie bin is lifted into the fully enclosed cleaning chamber. High-power bidirectional rotary cleaning heads spin along dual 360° axes, blasting high-pressure water to thoroughly sanitise the bin walls and base of the wheelie bin. After washing, wastewater drains into the sealed sump for water recycling, then the clean bin lowers back to ground level for easy unloading.

The GYB-1 Bin Wash LITE is an automated twin-lift bin washer. It cleans single wheelie bins holding up to 230 litres. A diesel engine drives this unit, and its high-performance rotary cleaning heads quickly and efficiently wash the inside of domestic wheelie bins.
Moreover, it comes standard with a 20 Lpm pump and safety unloader. You may also add an optional hand lance. This LITE model supports water recycling, and it includes water fresher dosing by default. In addition, users control the lift system with simple, easy-to-use switches. Its lifting arm has a lockable securing mechanism, so it firmly holds irregular-shaped bins widely seen in supermarkets, leisure centres and shopping malls.
