Product Configuration
Our explosion-proof reactor automatic cleaning machine includes a high-pressure pump station, explosion-proof motor, high-pressure rubber hose, PLC electrical control system and customized cleaning device. Furthermore, all components are built to work reliably within hazardous chemical environments.
Working Principle
First, the machine sends high-pressure water jet to the 3D rotating nozzle that stretches into the reactor. The rotating nozzle sprays high-pressure water in all directions to strip stubborn deposits from the tank interior.
Meanwhile, operators can preset cleaning pressure and routes via the PLC automatic control system. The whole cleaning process runs automatically. Therefore, workers do not need to enter confined vessels, greatly improving workshop safety and cleaning efficiency.
