Product Overview
Our GYB-2 170/240 system is designed for professional plate heat exchanger descaling. It delivers 240 bar high-pressure water jet cleaning for plate heat exchangers, efficiently removing limescale, sludge, oil dirt and biofilm from plate surfaces to restore heat transfer efficiency. Furthermore, this plate heat exchanger descaling system relies on pure physical water blasting without chemical agents.
Long-term operation of plate heat exchangers causes scale, sediment and greasy deposits, which block flow channels, reduce heat exchange efficiency, raise system pressure and accelerate aging. Unlike corrosive chemical cleaning and slow manual scrubbing, this high-pressure cleaning machine adopts physical water jet descaling. With stable 240 bar pressure and large 170 L/min flow rate, it strips hard scale and flushes waste out thoroughly without dead corners. Therefore, it is chemical-free and non-damaging, safe for stainless steel and titanium alloy heat exchanger plates.
In addition, it is widely used for plate heat exchanger maintenance in chemical, HVAC, food & beverage and industrial cooling industries. As a result, it recovers heat exchange performance and extends service life of your equipment.
