Working Modes & Production Line Structure
The system features a linear layout and includes upper and lower tote storage zones to support automatic loading and unloading. Specifically, a plate chain conveyor moves IBC totes sequentially through every processing station: loading → residual liquid recovery → external wash → internal wash → slag removal → rinsing → draining → disinfection → unloading.
