How The Plate Heat Exchanger Descaling Machine Works
This unit uses circulating high-pressure water jet flushing.
First, load the plate bundle into the stainless steel cleaning cabinet. The crankshaft high-pressure pump forces pressurized water through the narrow gaps of heat exchange plates.
Pressure is adjustable for soft sludge or hard mineral scale. Most cleaning runs require no chemical additives, lowering waste treatment cost and protecting the environment.
